Thornton Park Clean Up
Friends of Thornton Park held their first clean up today. There was an excellent turnout, despite the weather, and volunteers cleared the whole park of litter. Sally Beardsworth provided tea and coffee and just an hour’s work made a real difference, ‘thank you’ to everyone who came along. The friends group are now up and running, and are planning a brighter future for the lovely park, let us know if you would like to join.
